The U.S. District Court, for the Northern District of California, has preliminarily approved a proposed class action settlement that may affect you. The proposed Settlement will resolve all class claims in the lawsuit of The purpose of this Notice is to inform you of the Settlement of this Lawsuit and your legal rights under the Settlement.
The Court has ordered that a Notice be sent to potential Class Members. If you received a notice by mail, records show that you were employed with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC at some time from May 14, 2014, through September 5, 2019.
If you did not receive a Notice by mail, but believe you are a Class Member, please see the "Contact Us" page of this website in order to view the ways you can reach out to the Settlement Administrator and update your contact information. The Settlement Administrator will be able to verify if you are a Class Member. The amount you will receive from the Settlement will be listed on the mailed Notice.
